We offer exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date at no additional cost. Exchanges are only accepted for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Items must retain their original tags, be free of stains, and show no signs of wear.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt. Upon arrival at our store, all returns go through a quality control process, which can take up to 5 business days. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused, in which case they will be sent back to the customer.
If you wish to exchange a product or request a refund, these will only be processed once our quality inspection has been completed and approved. Items with visible damage or irregularities may not qualify for an exchange or refund.
Under UK and EU consumer law, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. US customers are eligible for a 7-day return period. In these cases, you can choose between store credit, a full refund, or an exchange. Any differences in the price of the exchanged items will be dealt with at the time of the request.
If a cancellation request is made after the product has been dispatched and customs duties have been incurred, any duties paid will be deducted from the total refund. In cases where the product has been cleared by customs, customers will be responsible for repaying these fees before the cancellation can be processed.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase, minus any shipping costs incurred. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
