Return and Refund Policy

For Delivered Orders:

You have up to 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return.

For Undelivered Orders:

You must request a refund within 24 hours after the order approval. After this period, a refund request can only be processed once the product has been received.

Refund Process:

Once the return is authorized, the refund will be processed using the same payment method selected during the purchase.

Refund Methods:

Credit Card:

The refund request will be processed by our store within 30 business days. The actual refund will appear on your statement within two billing cycles after the cancellation confirmation, depending on your card issuer's policies.

PIX (for Brazilian customers):

The amount will be refunded to your bank account or PIX within 7 business days. Please note that third-party accounts will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for exchanges/returns will be covered by Street Sneakers.

Important Information:

Requests for exchanges and returns will be accepted provided that the product meets the following conditions:

  • Must not show signs of use.
  • Must be in its original packaging.
